Certification Services

Our certification services are subject to additional terms and conditions. By applying for certification, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Allow for audit and inspection of facilities and products
• Meet all applicable certification standards
• Pay all applicable fees
• Comply with ongoing certification requirements

Certification approval is at the sole discretion of The Paleo Foundation.

User Contributions

Our Services may allow you to post, submit, or display content, including but not limited to product information, reviews, comments, and feedback. By posting content, you represent and warrant that:

• You own or have the necessary rights to post such content
• Your content does not infringe on any third party's intellectual property rights

Limitation of Liability

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in California for any disputes arising out of these Terms or the Services.

Changes to Terms
